Secure Recovery Procedure for Manufacturing Systems Using Synchronizing Automata and Supervisory Control Theory

Manufacturing systems may be subject to external attacks and failures, so it is important deal with the recovery of system after these situations. This article deals problem recovering a manufacturing system, modeled as discrete event (DES) using supervisory control theory (SCT), when structure, called supervisor, desynchronizes from physical plant. The desynchronization seen plant supervisor being in uncorresponding states. attained if there word, synchronizing that regardless state each one them, brings back known state. concepts automata are used do so. In this article, we show under what conditions set plants specifications leads obtained by SCT. extended cope multiple supervisors, proposing local possible.
